Terms of Use

The content of this site is informational. Published prices are indicative, in US dollars, before taxes, and may change; the written proposal we send you prevails over the site.

Each service is defined in a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins when you accept the proposal and the first agreed payment is received.

Monthly plans are billed in advance. Projects are paid according to the schedule in the proposal.

Ad spend (Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms) is not included in our fees: you pay it directly to the platform from your own accounts.

Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel them with 30 days' written notice. Months already billed are not refunded.

Advertising accounts, social media accounts, Google Business Profile, domains, hosting and websites are created or kept in the client's name. When the relationship ends you keep all access.

Deliverables (designs, copy, websites) become the client's property once paid. VendeVirtual may show them in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

The client provides the information, materials and access needed within reasonable timeframes, and warrants that it has the right to use the content it hands over (trademarks, photos, copy).

We work with measurable goals and reports, but we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, sales figures or outcomes, because they depend on factors outside our control (platforms, competition, market).

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Vende Virtual LLC for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

The design, copy and code of vendevirtual.com belong to Vende Virtual LLC. Client names and logos are shown with their permission and belong to their owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
